3. Products and Orders

• All products are handmade, so slight variations in material, design, and color may occur. Each piece is unique.
• Some designs can be made in different colors — please contact us if you have a preference.
• Certain dresses require measurements from clients to ensure a perfect fit. Customers will be contacted after placing an order for these details.
• In the event a product is out of stock, customers can place a custom order directly via WhatsApp: WhatsApp Link.
• Standard sizes available: S, M, L, XL,XXL but measurements may still be required for handmade precision.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in EUR, CHF, USD and include applicable taxes where relevant.
• Payment must be made in full before processing the order.
• Accepted payment method include: Bank Transfer.
• Prices are subject to change, but the price at checkout will be honored for your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated processing and shipping time for all orders is up to 20 business days, due to the handmade nature of our products.
• International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country.
• Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds and Returns

• Handmade and custom orders may be non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for custom garments; incorrect measurements may limit return eligibility.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate personal measurements for tailored or custom-made garments.
• Customers agree to follow care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of their products.
• Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information to ensure timely delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Erblin3 website — including images, text, logos, designs, and media — is the exclusive property of Erblin3 Fashion L.L.C.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs inspections.
